After more than 3 decades of research and practice in the areas of personal development, self-awareness and authentic happiness, our founder, Johnathon Martin created The 5 Pillars of Authentic Happiness as a way to share the universal truths that are at the heart of all bonafide religions and spiritual traditions.

The 5 Pillars of Authentic Happiness are a meeting point for the principles that the great seers, thinkers and leaders in the area of human well-being and potential, past and present agree on. We share similarities whilst appreciating differences.

​

Aligning with these principles and practices is a transformative experience open to all people wanting to be real with themselves and others, and become part of the global solution of awakening, rather than contributing further to the problems related to lack of awareness and right knowledge.
