A large part of the problem of causing unnecessary unhappiness comes down to an overload of wrong or worthless knowledge and information we have been conditioned to believe, or live with, and likely have spent years reinforcing. The 5 Pillars of Authentic Happiness aims to help you clear out the accumulated junk. Our analogy is that ideally you wish to look into the well and see your reflection in the water below. However with the amount of junk that's now in the well it's not possible to see the water, let alone your face. The result is confusion and a lack of connection with yourself and your surroundings. The solution is to remove the trash. The wisdom and knowledge we share is not designed to add further useless information or junk to your mind.
