Now 18 - Raja Yoga.

Thank you Father for all you give

For sharing your qualities & helping us all to live

Of course Lord God we don’t understand all of your ways

Yet we pay close attention to what the yogi or yogini says.

Your peace & joy are always there

Yet we continually make up stories that forget & scare

It seems strange that some won’t listen or look

Instead making up stories & drama like a storytellers book.

It’s Your energy alone that gives us life

But to appreciate that maybe we need to go through trouble & strife

Tired of things not real or wholly of You

What a waste of energy clinging to the old not allowing the new.

From light to light You bless our path

& clean off the dirt during our eternal bath

Your attention & power will hopefully eventually attract us back

We understand to come naked not carrying anything not even a phone or mac.

Meditation seems to be like basking in Your holy vibe

Silent & still with nothing to do or hide

Just thinking of You improves the quality of NOW

& brings glory to the person whilst You show them how.

It seems You want us all to know just who You are

By being inside us outside both near & far

It looks Lord God like You live largely beyond our physical senses

But with your family there are no doors not even walls or fences.

Thank you Sorry & Please I guess sum up my prayer

i know there’re no secrets our souls are bare

This is who & how i am yet You still invite me back in

To Your abode & presence no matter where i’ve been.

Heavenly Father You invite & embrace us all

You’re with every one of us even when we fall

Your grace & LOVE are so wonderful they can even overwhelm

Raja Yoga is like an absolute knowing that it’s You at the helm.
