Sitting in the sun thinking where to start

What’s on your mind or hidden in your heart

Tunes beat from the background behind

We’re in this together so please be kind.

Human beings are so much more than we think we are

In the next few weeks I aim to buy a car

Love seeing folk discover their power & light

It’s better to be fluid than always right.

Sense things around here are starting to change

With new possibilities & an extended range

The yogis say the world’s within

& looking outwards for happiness is almost a sin.

For sure most things come down to perspective alone

It’s unbelievable how much we love to moan

We fight with life & what’s going on

Missing the beauty of natures awesome song.

There’s my friend standing in the street

Exciting to think of the people we’re yet to meet

Learn to control or ignore your thoughts

So many ships go in & out of ports.

The beliefs you chose will shape your life

You can kill or set free using the very same knife

So select the ones that serve you best

& have as few as possible to give your mind a rest.

We all long to feel loved & universally supported

The benefits of prayer & awareness is well reported

At home with yourself this very moment

Yoga will prove to be a major component.

I want to thank the whole of existence

& now’s the time to drop my resistance

Happiness comes from freeing your mind & helping others

It’s the perfect time to start loving your sisters & brothers.
