Now 22 - Brand new day.

Here we are it’s a brand new day

Is your word true can we trust what you say

Are you being authentic and sharing who you are

or is that all too real and a step too far.

Today like all others is about being present with life

Living with no labels not a husband nor wife

Not a child, sales-person, coach, brother or friend

Just a wholeness and oneness and the gift you send.

The sun shines above the clouds

Trees dance in the breeze making music and sounds

Little drops of rain are tumbling down

The grass is pleased to see them as they water the town.

We breathe in oxygen given by most things green

This is a cycle with the top of the mountain being hardly ever seen

The wise ones say the more we touch and embrace life as she is

The warmer and better he gets what do you know about this?

We trust our senses because obviously we have no choice

But they don’t tell the whole story we’ve been told in a whispering voice

You’re the observer, the witness, the watcher simply energetic awareness

Not the body or mind said the poet in all truth and fairness.

Seeing something beautiful or meeting someone like that

Reminds us that’s who we are as seen when on a yoga mat

Without disturbances from the outside world including our noisy mismanaged mind

The inner is simply peaceful joyful awareness and it’s cool to be kind.

Love and light is who the yogis say we are

Living in your forehead there’s a minuscule dot like a tiny star

This is who we are and connects us to the source or Divine

Gives us energy to live and absorbing this quality is more than fine.

I’d like to become friends with a new person I’ve met

That’s vitality, appreciation and attraction let us not forget

Let us learn to trust ourselves and live without too much made-up fear.
